Lauren Proof

So after 16 months of dedicated service, my pink Razor died. I got a Casio Type-S in navy. I'm super excited about it. It the tank of all cell phones. It's waterproof and can handle my constant abuse. It was designed and tested for the Military. As my friend Brad puts it "It's Lauren proof."

Results.

CA Prop 8-Passed

AZ Prop 102-Passed

Barack Obama-Elected

Growing up my parents always taught me the importance of voting. I was super excited to take part in this historic election. When I was younger I would go to the polls with my Dad and help him fill out his ballet (Up until my senior year of High School). He would take me rallies for both Democratic and Republican candidates. At Thanksgiving dinner my Uncles and Grandma would get into fight over issues. On the way to school we would listen to the news and Dad would answer questions. He would take me to the station on Election Night and let me sit in the control room. He would also take me to debates. On Election Night my little brothers stayed up and watched results. Jackers and 'Tias made buttons and colored states with red and blue markers as the results came in. It super exciting to the younger generation get excited about politics.

ode to smartwater

I love smartwater. Not because of the way it taste or because of the witty stories on the bottle. The only reason I shell out the $1.99 for one liter of "electrolyte enhanced water" is the bottle. Its taller and skinnier then the normal bottle and it looks like there is a fish swimming in your water. It has a has a certain coolness factor about it. When I bored, I take the bottle and tip it upside down and swirl it creating a perfect torando in my water bottle. It breaks to menotany when studing. I feel like I'm back in my second grade science lab. Even better then tornados is it is the perfect hight to rest my chin on. Its not too tall or too short. Thank you Glaceau for this perfectally engineered bottle.
