JCPosse

I wrote this email right before I left Denver to come to Chicago. We didn't win. But it was honestly my favorite thing ever. I got to meet some amazing people and create something beautiful. Every word that started with a "P" we put a JC in front of it. JCParty. JCPresentation. JCPretty. JCPosse. JCPainful.

"I'm sitting at the airport, about to board a plane to Chicago for a new adventure. I can't help but go over this past semester. JCPenney has honestly been one of my favorite advertising project. Thank you for pushing us to create something that awesome and that we believe in. It's been really fun to foster the young talent in the program and to see how our team has come together and really bonded in ways that wouldn't have been possible without JCP. No matter what the outcome of tonight is, I just want to say thank your for giving me the opportunity to create something that I truly believe in."

The actual trip to Denver was a roller coster of emotions. A nine hour car trip. Locked in a hotel room for two days straight memorizing and prefect. Bonding, giggling, the nerves of presenting. The whole trip was a reminder of how lucky I'm to be surrounded by good people. People whom I love, and love me back. Professors and students alike. We were united. When one person got down, we were able to come together. Rely on the Lord to help us when we feel short.

I cried when I left. I will miss the JCPosse. Look out. They are going to do good things.
